 WarrantyWe promise that what you order is what you get. That means our sterling is 92.5% silver and our pewter is lead free. Your piece should look similar to the one in the photograph, although please make allowances for handmade items. Rings should come in the size you ordered. All items are sold as copyrighted works of art. We do not warranty against ordinary wear of our pieces. Each piece is designed to take on a patina with time unique to its owner. Silver will tarnish and become worn down. We also cannot warranty against loss or accidental damage. Return PolicyDid we ship the wrong item? The wrong size? Was it obviously flawed upon arrival? We apologize. Just return the item (a copy of your original order or invoice will help) with a note as to what the problem is, and we will ship another. Contacting us by email first will get you a return number and speed your request. Customers who find they need another size ring than the one they ordered will be responsible for our five dollar resizing fee plus a shipping and handling charge.
